The flag carrier of Australia, Qantas has today announced an expansion of their operations, by signing for a record twelfth new service between Australia and ASJE International Airport.
Utilising a Boeing 737-800 narrowbody aircraft, Qantas is opening a brand new short-haul operation across the ditch between Melbourne, Australia and ASJE International Airport.
With this new service, the Sydney-based carrier becomes the largest carrier to operate on ASJE International Airport's global international network based on service numbers with 15 services overall (12 passenger and 3 freight). This ultimately makes them a major primary hub carrier on ASJE International Airport's network.
